Larry Lamb stars as the recently widowed Frank, who runs the Daffodil Dunes holiday park on the scenic coast of North Wales. Tempted to sell the business to stylish estate agent Iona Griffith (Hayley Mills), his plans are soon scuppered by the arrival of his daughter Carys (Caroline Sheen) and her son who are have every intention of staying. Cary’s vision for the holiday park will shake-up not only Frank’s life but the local community in this funny, warm and delightful ensemble comic-drama.
